In-Store Refund Policy

All sales are final. Exceptions may apply for defective/faulty items or products recalled by the AGLC.

To be eligible for a return, defective items must be returned to the store within 7 days of purchase date.

All defective products must be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Product packaging must be legible and clearly indicate lot number.

Products recalled by the AGLC may be returned to any licensed cannabis dispensary store front that carries, or has carried, the product previously.
